FALL/WINTER 2025 PROGRAM SDC U7/U8 MALE – PÔLE ESPOIR 

The U7-U8 PÔLE ESPOIR MALE Fall/Winter program offers a structured and stimulating environment, in accordance with the guidelines of Canada Soccer and Soccer Quebec.  
 
It includes two activities per week: a CDC training session (in the form of workshops) and a session in the form of an internal match.  
 
The objective is to develop the motor and technical skills of young people, while promoting their development, cooperation and social interactions, thanks to a personalized course adapted to each participant. 

POLE ESPOIR – Fall & Winter Program U7/U8 Male – 2 activities per week 

Children born in 2018 and 2017 

CDC (Club Development Center) – FUNDAMENTALS: Group training in workshop format. 

Price: $245 (Fall or winter)

+$70 affiliation fee if the player did not participate during the summer. 

Dates: October 13, 2025 to December 15, 2025 and/or January 12, 2026 to March 22, 2026 – Fall / Winter 

No sessions will be held during Spring Break from March 2 to March 8, 2026. 

Frequency: Two activities per week – one CDC training session and one session dedicated to internal SDC matches. 

Winter Break: December 21, 2025 to January 12, 2026 and March 2 to 8, 2026. 

Program Description 

The U7-U8 program prepares young players to move up to the U9/U10 program by equipping them as best as possible for this next category. We believe that children who train during the fall and winter periods will further develop their technical and tactical skills. The workshops have been designed by the technical team of the Collines Soccer Club and follow the recommendations of Soccer Canada and Soccer Québec. The goal is to ensure that players touch the ball as often as possible while also developing their balance and coordination.  

Grouping of Participants: Male.   

Training Session Locations: 

  • Cantley – at the CCM, located at 6 Impasse des Étoiles, Cantley. Schedule to come, we are awaiting confirmation from the municipality. 
  • Chelsea – Fridays from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at École du Grand-Boisé, located at 135 Scott Road.
  • Val-des-Monts at École de la Collines, located at 20 chemin du Parc, Val-des-Monts. The sessions will be held on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. 
  • Games will take place on sundays at the CCM – Schedule to come, we are awaiting confirmation from the municipality. 

Matches: A schedule of internal matches, indicating teams, locations, and times, will be available in the time slot.  

Training Session Format: Each session consists of a minimum of four workshops on a specific theme and a 5v5 game workshop with a goalkeeper.  

Equipment: Children must have their indoor shoes, shin guards, and socks. All other equipment needed for the sessions will be provided (balls, pinnies, …). A uniform will be provided to new members.
