Refund Policy for Registration Fees
All refunds are conditional based on full payment by the member, or in the case of a minor, a person responsible for the minor. All refund requests are subject to fees incurred by the club, such as:
- Affiliation and administration fees,
- League and referee fees,
- Cost of uniform,
- Registration fees
Registrations are non-transferable.
Specific refund conditions:
- To be eligible for a full refund (including affiliation fees), your request must be received before October 3, 2026.
- To be eligible for a partial refund (affiliation fees are non-refundable), your request must be received between October 3, 2026, and November 2, 2026.
After November 2, 2026, refunds will only be considered in cases of a season-ending injury, and each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
No refund will be granted to any member who is expelled due to disciplinary sanctions, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior by the player or a parent/guardian.
