Timbits Fall-winter-program

The U4-U6 program at Club de Soccer des Collines aims to introduce young children to soccer and develop a passion for soccer at an early age, by providing them with a fun and enriching sports experience. The main goal is for players to learn the basics of soccer while having fun. The workshops are designed by the club’s technical team, in accordance with the recommendations of Canada Soccer and Soccer Quebec. 

The activities focus on fun learning, aimed at developing the children’s balance, coordination and motor skills. Players should be encouraged to touch the ball as often as possible to maximize their engagement and progress. The workshops are run by Technical Aids, under the supervision the Field Supervisor.

U4/U5/U6 Fall and Winter Program 

Children Born in 2021, 2020, 2019   

CDC (Club Development Center) – ACTIVE START: Group training in the form of workshops.  

Price: $155 (Fall or Winter) 

+ $70 affiliation fee if the player did not participate during the summer. 

Dates: October 13, 2025 to December 15, 2025 and/or January 12, 2026 to March 22, 2026 – Fall / Winter 

No sessions will be held during Spring Break from March 2 to March 8, 2026. 

Frequency: one training session per week, entirely in workshop format. 

Winter Break: December 21, 2025 to January 12, 2026 and March 2 to March 8, 2026. 

Program Description 

Continuing from the summer program, the U4/U5/U6 program aims to introduce young children to soccer and enhance their personal development and confidence with the ball. The goal is for players to have fun and learn the basics of soccer while making progress. The workshops are designed by the technical team of the Collines Soccer Club and follow the recommendations of Soccer Canada and Soccer Quebec. The focus is on ensuring that players touch the ball as often as possible while developing their balance and coordination.  

Grouping of Participants: Mixed groups, with no differentiation based on gender.

Training Session Locations During the Fall:   

  • Cantley at CCM – Schedule and day to be confirmed, we are waiting for updates from the municipality. Located at 6 Impasse des Étoiles. 
  • Chelsea at École du Grand-Boisé, on Sundays from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Located at 135 Scott Road. 

 

  • Val-des-Monts at École de la Collines, located at 20 chemin du Parc, Val-des-Monts. The sessions will be held on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. 

 

Session Format: Each session is composed of a minimum of four workshops, including a motor skills/technique workshop, early learning games and a match. A specific theme will be defined for each session.  

 

Equipment: Children must have their indoor shoes, shin guards, and socks. All other equipment needed for the sessions will be provided (balls, pinnies, …).  A uniform will be provided to new members.
