U17-U19: Children born in 2009, 2008, and 2007. Team registration in the Outaouais Regional Soccer League (LRSO 7v7) or in Ottawa in 11v11 format.

- Monday: Training, Cantley (Denis Park) from 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.

U17/U18/U19 Girls
Wednesday: Training, Chelsea (Field 1) from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Match in Ottawa: Schedule to be confirmed (11v11)
Frequency: 1 practice and 1 game per week in the Ligue régionale de soccer de l’Outaouais.
Program description
As the number of registrations is generally insufficient to offer an 11 v. 11 game format, the Ligue régionale de soccer de l’Outaouais (LRSO) offers a 7 v. 7 competition for these age categories.
Grouping of participants: players grouped by gender.
Location of training session: To ensure a sufficient number of players and minimize travel, players will be grouped into two sectors: Cantley/Val-des-Monts and Chelsea/La Pêche. That said, depending on the number of registrations, the Club may need to mix players from all sectors to form complete teams. Note: when a team is made up of players from different sectors, activities take place in the sector where the majority of players reside.
Training format: Volunteer coaches are responsible for organizing their own practices. They have access to training materials on the Club’s website, and the technical team is available to support coaches on request.
Equipment included: All players will receive a uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks) which they keep at the end of the season. Players must have their own cleats and shin guards.
