Program Description
The U7-U8 program prepares young players to move up to the U9/U10 program by equipping them as best as possible for this next category. We believe that children who train during the fall and winter periods will further develop their technical and tactical skills. The workshops have been designed by the technical team of the Collines Soccer Club and follow the recommendations of Soccer Canada and Soccer Québec. The goal is to ensure that players touch the ball as often as possible while also developing their balance and coordination.
Grouping of Participants: Players grouped by gender.
Training Session Locations:
- U7/U8M – Wednesdays from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM – School Rose des Vents – Cantley
- U7-U8M Matches – Sundays from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM – School Rose des Vents – Cantley
Match: The matches will take place on Sunday mornings at Rose des Vents School. A match schedule, including teams, locations, and times, will be available in the schedule section based on the number of registrations.
Training Session Format: Each session consists of a minimum of four workshops on a specific theme and a 5v5 game workshop with a goalkeeper.
