In accordance with the guidelines of Soccer Canada and Soccer Québec, the U9/U10 programs are tailored to meet the diverse needs and expectations of young players, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants. Our PÔLE EXCELLENCE program includes three activities per week. 

The Pôle Excellence program (CDC 3) offers a personalized pathway, tailored to the needs and objectives of each player. The PÔLE EXCELLENCE program is designed to cultivate excellence. This program establishes a challenging and enriching learning environment, focused on continuous improvement to develop their skills.

U9-U10: Boys born in 2017 and 2016 

CDC (Club Development Center) – THE BASICS: Group training in the form of workshops. 

The CDC 3 program will now be known as the Pôle Excellence. This program will include two CDC training sessions and one match per week. Teams will be formed based on age group as well as players’ skills and abilities, with no sector-based teams. 

Training sessions will take place in the Chelsea and Cantley sectors. This program is designed for young players with beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels, offering an option for players who wish to develop their skills to progress to the regional level (CR). 

What is a CRL and CR league? 

All teams in the Pôle Excellence program will have the opportunity to compete at the CR (Regional) and CRL (Local) levels in the Outaouais Regional Soccer League (LRSO) with a 7 vs 7 format. 

A preparation camp :This camp will allow us to form sector-based teams according to the players’ skills, abilities, and requests made in advance by members wishing to play in the same group.  

During the month of April: Two sessions will be offered on April 5, 12, 19, or 26 at the Fonderie building, according to the schedule that will be published on our website at the end of March. All necessary information regarding the summer season preparation camp will also be sent to you by email at the end of March. 

Price: $455 

Dates: May 18 to August 30 

Team Format: Based on physical attributes, skills, and abilities (non-sectorial) 

Schedule: 

  • Monday: LRSO Match 
  • Tuesday: CDC Practice, Chelsea (Field 4) 5:30pm – 6:45pm. 
  • Thursday: CDC Practice, Cantley  (Mary-Anne-Phillips). 5:30pm – 6:45pm. 

 

Schedule: Schedules – Soccer des Collines 

Training Sessions: Training sessions will be structured following the CDC model. Each session will include several stations related to the session’s theme, which groups will rotate through. These stations will be led by the coaches and supervised by the Field Supervisor. 

Games: Team registration with LRSO includes 12 to 14 matches. Each team can register for other competitions such as the LRSO Cup or tournaments. 

The U9-10 program builds upon skills learned in U8. The workshops are set according to the standards of Soccer Canada and Soccer Québec. The goal is for players to have fun while continuing to develop their skills. Emphasis is placed on creativity rather than competition, and no rankings are kept by the League. 

Grouping of Participants: Players will be grouped by gender and assigned to groups based on their technical, physical skills, and individual progress. These groups will play at the CR (Regional) or CRL (Local) level. 

Training Location: Group training sessions (CDC) will in the Chelsea and Cantley area. 

Included Equipment: All players will receive a uniform (shirt, shorts, and socks) which they keep at the end of the season. Players must provide their own cleats and shin guards. 

Soccer Festival (End-of-Season Festival): To end the season on a high note, the Collines Soccer Club invites all U4 to U12 players to the Soccer Festival, which will take place on the weekend of August 22-23. Activities include friendly matches, medal ceremonies, BBQ, music, inflatable games, and lots of fun!
