Match Frequency: 1 match per week according to the schedule in CDSO (Gatineau) or Coliseum (Ottawa).
Program Description:
Our U13 at U19 program, consisting solely of weekend matches at the Coliseum in Ottawa, allows our young players to continue playing soccer during the winter and fall seasons to refine their technical and tactical skills.
Participant Grouping: Players are grouped by gender.
Equipment: Children must have their indoor shoes, shin guards, and socks. For new members a uniform will be provided.
