The 100% female aspect of this program creates a space where each player can fully express her potential. Training in an all-female team promotes an environment of support, cohesion, and encouragement, which is essential for building boundless confidence. This setting also fosters a strong group dynamic, where team spirit and solidarity are at the heart of each player’s journey.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The <\/span>Female Academy Program (FAP) CDC 3<\/span><\/b> is designed for young girls who wish to participate in <\/span>three activities per week<\/span><\/b>, combining intensive training and competitions. This program is intended for girls who want to further refine their skills, with a focus on sustained progress. Each session is an opportunity to push further in the development of these skills, while fostering a strong work ethic and determination.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Program: <\/span><\/b>Female Academy Program CDC 3<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

U9-U10: <\/span><\/b>Girls born in 2017 and 2016<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CDC (Club Development Center) – THE BASICS: Group training in the form of workshops.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The CDC 3 program includes two CDC training sessions and one match per week. Teams are formed based on age group, skills, and abilities of the players, with no sector-based teams. <\/span>The training sessions will take place in the Chelsea and Cantley areas.<\/span> This program is designed for young female players at beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels who wish to develop their skills to progress to a regional level.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Teams may compete in CR (Regional) or CRL (Local) divisions within the LRSO, in a 7v7 format. A preparation camp will take place between May 4 and May 10 (2 sessions)to form teams based on the players\u2019 skills and abilities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

What is a CRL and CR league?<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

A preparation camp :This camp will allow us to form sector-based teams according to the players’ skills, abilities, and requests made in advance by members wishing to play in the same group.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

During the month of April<\/span><\/b>: Two sessions will be offered on April 5, 12, 19, or 26 at the Fonderie building, according to the schedule that will be published on our website at the end of March. All necessary information regarding the summer season preparation camp will also be sent to you by email at the end of March.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
