In accordance <\/span>with<\/span> the guidelines of Soccer Canada and Soccer Qu\u00e9bec, the U<\/span>11<\/span>\/U1<\/span>2<\/span> programs are <\/span>tailored<\/span> to <\/span>meet<\/span> the diverse <\/span>needs<\/span> and expectations of <\/span>young<\/span> players<\/span>, <\/span>ensuring<\/span> an inclusive and <\/span>supportive<\/span> environment<\/span> for all participants.<\/span><\/span> Our <\/span><\/span>P\u00d4LE EXCELLENCE<\/span><\/span> program includes <\/span><\/span>three activities<\/span><\/span> per week.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>The <\/span><\/span>P\u00f4le Excellence<\/span><\/span> program (CDC 3) <\/span>offers<\/span> a <\/span>personalized<\/span> pathway<\/span>, <\/span>tailored<\/span> to the <\/span>needs<\/span> and objectives of <\/span>each<\/span> player<\/span>. The <\/span><\/span>P\u00d4LE EXCELLENCE<\/span><\/span> program <\/span>is<\/span> designed<\/span> to <\/span>cultivate<\/span> excellence. This program <\/span>establishes<\/span> a <\/span>challenging<\/span> and <\/span>enriching<\/span> learning<\/span> environment<\/span>, <\/span>focused<\/span> on <\/span>continuous<\/span> improvement<\/span> to <\/span>develop<\/span> their<\/span> skills<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Program: <\/span><\/b>P\u00f4le Excellence CDC 3<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

U11-U12: Boys born in 2015\u00a0 and 2014<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CDC (Club Development Center) – THE BASICS:<\/span><\/b> Group training in the form of workshops.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The CDC 3 program will now be known as<\/span> P\u00f4le Excellence<\/span><\/b> This program includes two CDC training sessions and one match per week. Teams will be formed based on age group as well as skills and abilities, <\/span>NO SECTOR-BASED TEAMS<\/span><\/b>. The training sessions will take place alternately, every other week, in the Chelsea and Cantley areas.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This program is designed for young players, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced, offering an option for players wishing to develop their skills to progress to the regional level (CR).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

All teams in the <\/span>P\u00f4le Excellence<\/span><\/b> program will have the opportunity to compete at the <\/span>CR (Regional)<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>CRL (Local)<\/span><\/b> levels in the Outaouais Regional Soccer League (LRSO) with a 9v9 format.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

A preparation camp :This camp will allow us to form sector-based teams according to the players’ skills, abilities, and requests made in advance by members wishing to play in the same group.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

During the month of April<\/span><\/b>: Two sessions will be offered on April 5, 12, 19, or 26 at the Fonderie building, according to the schedule that will be published on our website at the end of March. All necessary information regarding the summer season preparation camp will also be sent to you by email at the end of March.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
