The 100% female aspect of this new program creates a space where each player can fully express her potential. <\/span>Training in an all-female team promotes an environment of support, cohesion, and encouragement, which is essential for building boundless confidence. This setting also fosters a strong group dynamic, where team spirit and solidarity are at the heart of each player’s journey.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The <\/span>Female Academy Program (FAP) CDC 3<\/span><\/b> is designed for young girls who wish to participate in <\/span>three activities per week<\/span><\/b>, combining training and competitions. This program is intended for girls who want to further refine their skills, with a focus on sustained progress. Each session is an opportunity to push further in the development of these skills, while fostering a strong work ethic and determination.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Program: <\/span><\/b>Female Academy Program (CDC 2)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

U11-U12: <\/span><\/b>Girls born in 2015 and 2014<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CDC (Club Development Centre) – THE FUNDAMENTALS: Group training in the form of workshops.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The CDC 3 program includes two CDC training sessions and one match per week. Teams are formed based on age, skills, and abilities, NO SECTORIAL TEAMS.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This program is designed for young female players, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced, who wish to develop their skills to reach the regional level (CR).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Teams will have the opportunity to play at the CR (Regional) or CRL (Local) levels in the Outaouais Regional Soccer League (LRSO) in a 9 vs. 9 format.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

What is a CRL and CR league?<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

A preparation camp :This camp will allow us to form sector-based teams according to the players’ skills, abilities, and requests made in advance by members wishing to play in the same group.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

During the month of April<\/span><\/b>: Two sessions will be offered on April 5, 12, 19, or 26 at the Fonderie building, according to the schedule that will be published on our website at the end of March. All necessary information regarding the summer season preparation camp will also be sent to you by email at the end of March.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
