FALL\/WINTER PROGRAM SDC U7\/U8 FEMALE<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Children Born in 2019 and 2018<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The U7-U<\/span>8\u00a0 Fall<\/span>\/Winter program is designed to provide a structured and rewarding learning experience for young soccer players. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>The P<\/span>rogram <\/span>focuses on the continuous discovery of soccer. Youth will continue to explore the sport while strengthening their motor skills and honing their technical skills. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>The program<\/span><\/span> includes<\/span> two<\/span> activities<\/span> per <\/span>week<\/span>: <\/span><\/span>a<\/span> CDC training session (in the <\/span>form<\/span> of workshops) and a <\/span>game<\/span> on Sunday <\/span>mornings<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

<\/span> The main goal is to create a positive and structured environment where young people can develop in a competitive environment, with an emphasis on cooperation and social interactions. This program supports the continuous improvement of technical and tactical skills, while <\/span>maintaining<\/span> a fun and challenging approach for all.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Program Description<\/span><\/b>\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The U7-U8 program prepares young players to move up to the U9\/U10 program by equipping them as best as possible for this next category. We believe that children who train during the fall and winter periods will further develop their technical and tactical skills. The workshops have been designed by the technical team of the Collines Soccer Club and follow the recommendations of Soccer Canada and Soccer Qu\u00e9bec. The goal is to ensure that players touch the ball as often as possible while also developing their balance and coordination.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
